| Rodnut says: "This is 'Betty,' my '39 Deluxe coupe. The power comes from a 260" 59A with modified '39 heads, a Thickstun two-pot with Stromberg 97's, a Schneider cam, etc. This was a couple of years ago during the drive train restore and engine install, new brake system, new wiring, nos steering box install, all nos suspension redo, etc. I have painted the firewall the new color here- Cloud Mist Grey. I threw the fenders and hood back on and drove it that summer. That fall I blew it apart and did the body and paint, along with new interior, new wood graining, nos instruments, new glass and seals, etc. Car is now finished, and a real sweet heart..."
